Steel poles in the electrical industry are one of the core products of the company. With a deep understanding of the product and the challenges faced by workers during installation at construction sites, we prioritize precise manufacturing to ensure seamless assembly. All steel pole products undergo strict inspections according to a closed-loop process, starting from the planning phase, material breakdown, and trial assembly on computers using Teckla software. This ensures the material breakdown and implementation are accurate down to the smallest detail. Every hidden corner of the pole braces and turning junctions is carefully considered.

The entire pole components, including the main body, base plates, and braces, are machined and perforated with high precision using CNC machines. 100% of the products are trial assembled before moving to the hot-dip galvanizing process. Specific markings are stamped into the pole components to prevent confusion between poles. After hot-dip galvanizing, the components are inspected to meet technical and aesthetic requirements, as well as the necessary coating thickness, before being neatly packed into sections ready for shipment to the construction site.

The steel pole products include support poles, anchor poles, crossing poles, and substation poles with voltage levels from 110-500KV.
